Amy is better than Rose though, WAY better. But she’s still not as good as Martha. Now if River still had that mysterious “where the heck does she fit in” she’d still be really great, but now she’s just overused.

I guess I can understand that. I really don’t think they’ll kill Amy, Moffat isn’t Joss, and Doctor Who doesn’t kill champions, not all the way. They’re just locked in another universe or “Mostly dead”

Capt Jack was not better than River! Well… actually my dislike for both of them is about equal. Except Jack creeps me out more. I’m just bored by River.
Captain Jack is the best character aside from the Doctor and Wilf in all of Doctor Who history.

No, I dislike her because she’s not that complex a character and they tend to focus on her way to much. I loved Jack. He was a fabulous character. River feels a bit like the Daleks and the Cybermen to me. Just overused.
